Doula Support

    Compassionate and wise support, just like the women before us.

    - Complimentary consultation to get to know me and see if we are a good fit.
    - 4 hours of prenatal appointments. This can be one appointment or split into two appointments. During these visits we discuss signs and stages of labour, comfort measures, relaxation techniques, medical interventions and options, and create a birth plan.

    - Support throughout your pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum (via text, phone, or email).
    -Labour and birth in-person support from the onset of active labour and up to 2 hours after birth.

    - On-call support 24/7 from 37 weeks of pregnancy.
    - Two postpartum visits.
    - Access to my lending book library.
    - Photos of your birth (unedited and if time permits).

    - Birth pool rental and any requested extras.
    - A personal gift from me to you!

    $1,300 + HST
